A Little About Me (An Introduction)
So, there was once a little girl who grew up dreaming of living like Laura Ingalls Wilder of Little House on the Praire. She even loved to wear her hair in pigtails. This little girl grew up reading her dad's Mother Earth News Magazines and dreamed of growing a garden, gathering fresh eggs and living a back to Earth existence. As she grew up, life changed but she still dreamed of having her own little homestead. In various locations she grew plants, even spent 3 years without a dryer and line dried all of her and her children's clothes. She took up quilting, making bread and attempting to make her children's clothes. The feeling never left her. Eventually, she decided to stop waiting for the perfect place, the perfect time and "bloom where planted" as the saying goes.
